Scott Hutchinson
Scott is a founding member and Managing Director of SC Capital Partners and has over 35 years experience in all aspects of financing and growing successful companies.  He has completed 36 transactions valued in excess of $500 million with high technology, consumer, medical, financial, and industrial products.  His investment banking experience has focused on structuring and implementing equity financings including venture and private equity capital, IPO’s, reverse mergers, M&A, strategic alliances, divestitures and LBO's.     

He raised private equity capital to launch OptiMark, a state-of-the-art on-line institutional stock-trading platform.  He also helped start E*OFFERING, the full-service on-line investment bank associated with E*TRADE.  Mr. Hutchinson ran the southern California corporate finance and research team that participated in over 50 IPO’s in the first year.  As member of a $150 million Venture Capital Partnership, he successfully raised the institutional capital and managed the first cross-border private equity fund for investing between the U.S. and Mexico.  Over 100 investment opportunities were generated in the first year.  

Mr. Hutchinson implemented comprehensive corporate development strategies at Coca-Cola Bottling Company Los Angeles, (OTCBB:  CCLA.BB) a $300 million beverage company, and Smith International, Inc. (NYSE:  SII) a $1.3 billion oilfield service company.  

Mr. Hutchinson received BS and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California and was the founding President of the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth. 

Warren Rustand
Warren is a Managing Director of SC Capital Partners, a mid-market investment banking group, which includes corporate advisory services, capital sourcing, and public offerings.  He was previously the CEO of Summit Capital a firm which specializes in the development of small to midsize companies by sourcing and structuring financial and human capital resources for the organization. Warren is Chairman of the Board for TLC Vision (NASDAQ:  TLCV), the largest provider of Lasik eye surgery centers in North America and serves or has served as a member of the Board of Directors for over 40 public, private, and not-for-profit organizations.  The range of these organizations is from multibillion dollar public companies, to midsize, early stage, and startup companies. He has participated in taking two companies public, one of which is the largest in its industry and the other is the second largest in its industry. 

In 1973 Warren was selected as a White House Fellow through a nationally competitive process. Initially he served as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Commerce and led the first ever Executive Level Trade Mission to the Soviet Union.  He joined the staff of Vice President Ford on the day he was sworn-in and served as Director of Scheduling.  In August of 1974 when the Vice President became President of the United States, Warren was asked to serve as Appointments Secretary and Cabinet Secretary to the President.  

In furthering his interest in community service and public policy, Warren created a seminar in Washington DC entitled, "Public Policy and the Private Sector."  It invites CEOs to meet with the highest level people in government, media, and lobbying which enables them to better understand current issues and public policy and how the private sector can better engage in this process.  To date over 2,500 individuals have participated.  Warren has served on the International Board of the World Presidents Organization which has over 5,000 CEOs in 125 countries. 

received his undergraduate and graduate degrees for the University of Arizona.  He has been the recipient of many honors and awards including: The Visionary Leadership Award, the Distinguished Citizen Award, the 25 Year Achievement Award, election to the Sports Hall of Fame, and a White House Fellowship.

ert Samuelsen
Rob has broad managerial experience having served in a variety of C-level positions in mid-market and early stage firms.  In addition, he worked 13 years as an executive and professional at AT&T and NCR Corporations, both Fortune 500 companies.

Most recently, Mr. Samuelsen served as CEO and President of Redlake MASD, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Roper Industries (NYSE:  ROP) and former division of Eastman Kodak.  He successfully executed a turnaround of this mid-market industrial company by growing top line revenue through new product introductions and driving operational leverage to the bottom line. 
 He founded and operated SEE Consultants, a boutique management consulting firm focusing on emerging high tech companies.  During this time, served on the board of the Finger Lakes Entrepreneurs’ Forum, mentored many companies in growth strategies and capital raising, served as judge for the SmartStart Venture Forum, and was selected as one of three ESOP consultants in the State of New York.  

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for AvaLAN Wireless Systems, Inc. and has previously served on the boards of several other companies and not-for-profit professional organizations.  Mr. Samuelsen has an MBA from Indiana University with a concentration in finance and banking.
